Production Sidecar receives replies through Cloudflare Email Routing and unique Sidecar reply addresses. This isolated public demo uses safe simulations instead, so visitors cannot send real email into the shared demo workspace.
Inbound email creates review context only. Users still decide before Sidecar changes workflow records.
